Private Pay
Dr. Rullo is not in-network with any insurance companies (meaning she does not accept insurance). Fees are self-pay only. Payments accepted include LYRA, HSA, Bishop Pay, cash and all major credit cards. Documentation for out-of-network insurance benefits will be provided upon request.
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. Review this document for an explanation of your rights and protections under this Act.
Step 1: Assessment
Couples - 4 part assessment
Before couple’s therapy begins, there is a 4-part assessment. This comprehensive assessment is designed to understand the strengths and areas of growth for your relationship, understand your main concerns, identify your goals for therapy, and create a treatment plan. This plan will be the blueprint for our therapy together. The fees for this 4-part assessment session are as follows:
Intake Session - 90 minutes (includes Gottman Checkup questionnaire): $440
Individual session one with partner 1 - 45 minutes: $220
Individual session two with partner 2 - 45 minutes: $220
Feedback and Treatment Planning session - 45 minutes: $220
Step 2: Therapy
Couples - 45 minute
After you complete your assessments, therapy will begin. Therapy is scheduled every other week at the same day/time. Therapy sessions are 45 minutes, with homework after every session. The two weeks in between each session allows enough time to complete the assigned homework. Each session is $220.
